Getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible is a key driver in our business.   We inspect every item before dispatch and then carefully package and wrap your item as if it was our own.   This makes sure everything leaves us in perfect condition with care.   below are some notes and handy information on our delivery:

  • We dispatch the same working day for all orders received before 2pm
  • Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day
  • Our STANDARD delivery is by Royal mail 2nd Class - please allow 4 to 5 working days
  • Our EXPRESS delivery is by Royal Mail First Class - please allow 1 to 2 working days 
  • STANDARD delivery is FREE on all orders over £25.00
  • On orders under £25.00 delivery is only £2.50
  • EXPRESS delivery for orders over £25.00 is £2.50
  • EXPRESS delivery for orders under £25.00 is £4.99

What do I do if my delivery doesn't arrive?

It's frustrating but sometimes (rarely) does happen.   We don't make a fuss, please contact us, either by email or phone and we will arrange for a replacement, credit voucher or a refund after we have made a quick enquiry with Royal Mail for the proof of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

No problem, please contact us either by email or telephone and we will either arrange a replacement, credit voucher or refund.   We may request a photo of the damaged item, or pay for it to be returned to us at our cost.   This enables us to make a claim on either Royal Mail or our suppliers.
